Job Description
A global financial company based in the City of London are currently seeking a skilled Procurement Assistant. Joining the IT Procurement division the successful candidate will be responsible for working on various areas within the department:
-Raising purchase orders
-Dealing with returns
-Sourcing new suppliers for hardware, software & services
-Chasing and processing invoices
-Ensuring that IT Budgets are met, working on forecasts etc
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
-A minimum of 2 years working within a procurement role
-12 months experience working within a financial company
-Familiar with IT terminology
-Strong knowledge of both Excel and Word
