Job Description
Job Purpose: To provide procurement and contract support to Client in EMEA. Responsible for purchasing and negotiating services, materials, equipment and supplies from vendors and service providers. Responsible for organising, tracking and administering all contracts and supporting documentation.
Major Job Responsibilities:
¢ Services Procurement - Will procure required commodities and services. Prepare, distribute, and analyze, data / responses. Negotiate and award contracts and other vendor agreements under the general guidance of the Manager. Interface with vendors regarding scope of work and contract questions. Work within local law. Ensure that service contracts are aligned with Client/COMPANY commercial contract.
¢ Contract Administration - Prepare and distribute purchase orders and contracts for all assigned service commodities and prepare and distribute corresponding supporting documentation. Liaison between EMEA Senior Staff and Accounting regarding scope of work/contract questions. Maintain database/system for all relevant contracts.
¢ Contract Revisions - Responsible for initiating and preparing revisions to contracts, purchase orders and all accompanying documentation. All documentation to reflect actual practices at all times.
¢ Field Support - Work with field personnel to resolve contractual and vendor issues, while maintaining a positive relationship. Distribute copies of the contracts to the proper field personnel. Oversee field personnel in monitoring performance against contracts and report on performance indicators.

Fluent German
Experience - Essential
Minimum of 5 years procurement experience in a services environment at management level.
