Job Description
We currently have a number of clients within the Public Sector. Who are seeking experienced and highly professional HR specialists to join their busy and at times demanding divisions. You will be responsible for providing a specialist HR service, in addition supplying advice and consultation regarding employee matters and collective issues. Principle duties:
Assist with the recruitment and selection process, attending training and interview sessions.
Support and advise Line Managers on human resources policies and procedures.
Implement and manage all human resources policies and intiatives.
Undertake a range of ad-hoc HR projects
Person specification:
Proven track record working within Human Resources for a minimum of 12 months
Experience of employment legislation and procedures essential
Good decision maker
PC literate
Previous experience using HR software pacakages

Qualifications/Skills Required
Must have a minimum 12 months HR advisory experience, proven track record of providing HR consultation and advice, CIPD or HR qualification essential. PC literate using MS Word, Excel and HR Database
