Program Director
The Program Director works at a customer site defining project plans, identifying customer requirements and NetCracker deliverables. Ensures that projects are on time and within budget. Identifies new opportunities and communicates with customer Subject Matter Experts and facilitates communication between business analysts and engineers. He/She defines the working relationship between the customer, NetCracker and system integrators and/or consultants. Client interfacing at "C" levels.

Qualifications/Skills Required

Favored candidates must have experience in Telcos with knowledge in Voice, Data/IP, Transport, VoIP, Telco operational knowledge regarding Order Management, Service Provisioning, Network Engineering and Service Assistance. In addition, he/she must have managed a large software deployment project in BSS/OSS and have experience selling solutions delivery services.
