Job Description

Our client requires a non-contentious construction lawyer to join each of their London, Manchester and Exeter offices. Candidates will need to have relevant PQE to undertake a mix of quality construction, PFI, EU Procurement and Partnering work for housing association and other public sector clients.

The London Office has a very well established department of four Partners and fourteen solicitors and requires a further solicitor to join the team. The Manchester practice is developing rapidly and with one Partner and one senior assistant there is an urgent need for another experienced lawyer to bolster the team. Finally, the Exeter office is looking for an experienced and motivated lawyer to develop a construction practice. The Firm has already introduced clients in the South West to Partnering and with the extension of EU Procurement rules to Housing Associations, there are considerable opportunities and contacts for the right person to market and build a practice in the South West.
