Job Description
We are working with this well respected and established CRO to fill the role of Project Business Analyst.
Regular duties include:
Reviewing RFPs from client to determine bid assumptions
Preparing preliminary and final fee estimates based on RFP assessment
Preparing detailed pricing assumptions for inclusion in final proposal.
Providing financial analysis on fee estimates to determine anticipated profitability
Conducting project labour budget reviews to review actual hours charged vs. budgeted
Calculating estimates to complete based on current project status
Approving project expenses
Preparing breakeven & leverage analysis
Preparing & tracking changes in scope
Interfacing with financial auditors
Preparing customer invoices for units based contracts
Reviewing proposal and final contract
Negotiating vendor contracts for pass throughto sponsor
Preparing & maintaining task orders for international projects
Approving & tracking Investigator Payment Worksheets
Qualifications/Skills Required
- Degree level educated
- 1-2 years experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent time management and decision making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
