Job Description
This is a superb opportunity! Our client, an Edinburgh-based, extremely successful, international financial services organisation, has created two roles within the group-wide Policy and Employment function. Primarily, these roles involve leading and managing projects which shape and enhance the group's employee policies, measuring their impact and contributing to the overall employee proposition. An element of international travel would be required, in order to benchmark employment policies and practices with other world-class organisations in an attempt to ensure they are continually enhanced to meet business requirements.
Both candidates will be self-starters who can work effectively in a matrix structure, and who have solid experience of managing projects in a changing global environment. Preferably, but not essential, would be external consultancy experience; international experience; and experience in at least one Human Resource Specialism.
