Having recently been awarded a very large pharmaceutical project, the opportunity has arisen for a Project Designer to join this established team of professionals who will provide the necessary support and training for the right individual to develop in this niche sector.
Reporting to the Project Manager you will be joining an experienced team of in-house designers to help co-ordinate a large pharmaceutical project from design and development through to completion. As part of this successful team you will be responsible for overseeing the critical design of clean-build environments, whilst delivering a full construction programme.

Working within a projects team, you will have a proven ability to organise, manage and deliver the successful and profitable development of projects, co-ordinating all design activities from commencement through to completion. An experienced and competent Architectural Technologist you have a reasonable knowledge of current Building Regulations, DDA and Fire Protection and be capable of construction detailing. With experience liaising on site you will be confident in performing site inspections and comfortable in attending client and contractor meetings to present and approve detailed design proposals. A willingness to learn you must be capable of thinking ‘outside the box’ and demonstrate an interest in undertaking challenges which require research into material properties and manufacturing techniques.
