Reporting to Country Manager, your role is to manage multiple phases of clinical research trials. The role is over seeing and coordinating the operational aspects of ongoing projects. You must make sure the clients goals of time, cost and quality are met. You'll have a Bachelor's Degree in allied health fields such as Nursing, Pharmacy, or Health Science, preferably with clinical trial management experience; graduate degree preferred.4-6 years clinical research experience, a minimum of with two years in a successful Lead CRA, project management or functional department management role. 5 years of previously related health care or clinical research work experience (e.g. study coordinator) and demonstrate successful performance of managing clinical projects. Organization, written and verbal, decision making, and interpersonal skills are essential and key to the position. The ideal person for this role will have brilliant career progression, excellent package and great European destinations.
