This contractor has grown from its beginning in 1972 to the major national presence that it is today, with an £150 million turnover and staff of 300. The company forms part of a Group whose turnover will rise to £350 million in year 2006/07.

They operate through three distinct divisions; Contracting, Retail/Frameworks and Small Works, providing a national service which is recognised by the many blue chip companies with whom they deal with and has helped them become a major national presence.

By priding themselves on their internationally recognised management standards, they are now believed to be the only construction company to hold an IMS (Integrated Management Systems) certificate.

An experienced Project Manager is sought by this major national contractor to work on a £22million new build residential scheme in the centre of Leeds. The project is on site with the RC frame complete, however there is still circa £10 Million worth of works to complete. The role will involve full commercial and production management of the site until completion and handover to the client.

Qualifications/Skills Required

The successful candidate for this role will have relevant construction experience running projects in excess of £8million as the No1 on site.

They will preferably be degree or HNC/D qualified in a construction discipline and hold all relevant project management site certificates.
