This leading Construction Consultancy has opened a new vacancy in their Newcastle office for a Project Manager. The role is to take responsibility for monitoring a number of large-scale projects, ensuring that an accurate and professional service is consistently delivered. The position also requires you to mentor team members, providing guidance on contractual and technical issues.

Qualifications/Skills Required
To be based in Newcastle, this company seeks to recruit a Project Manager. Applicants will have demonstrable experience in overseeing major construction works. You will be degree-educated in a relevant construction field and will preferably have additional project management qualifications, such as Prince II or APM Chartership. An awareness of NEC forms of contract would be advantageous, but not essential.
As an individual, you will be proficient in a client facing role, with solid consultancy experience. It is also important for you to be a team player who takes a 'hands-on' approach to their project work.
