This is an exciting new opportunity for a client-focused Project Manager join this prestigious international Construction Consultancy. The role is to take control of a series of large-scale construction schemes, focusing mainly in the healthcare and property sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient delivery and development of project plans. This will include the management of the construction programme, to include costings, quality control and design team delivery.

Qualifications/Skills Required
This prestigious client seeks to recruit a top class Project Manager. You will have a demonstrable track record in delivering significant construction projects (in excess of £5 million) in keeping with client expectations. It is desirable to have a working knowledge of PFI forms of contract and a background in public sector projects.
Applicants should be proactive, confident and personable construction professionals. You will have the flexibility to take a hands-on approach to your project work, able to manage your own workload easily. Degree-educated in a relevant construction field, you are also likely to have additional Project Management qualifications, such as Chartership through the APM or Prince II.
