This organisation is a leading full-service construction business with more than 2,000 employees in the UK.
Supported by a national network of local offices, the company works for private and public sector clients on projects from £50,000 to over £300 million.
Their construction activities range from small works, repair and maintenance services, to large-scale complex projects across the commercial, defence, education, healthcare, industrial and manufacturing sectors.
Our client has recently secured a number of lucrative contracts in the North East and is looking to expand its management team. This organisation seeks an experienced Project Manager who has undertaken the above projects previously in excess of £8 million.
This post will require you to work on both Refurbishment and Design and Build schemes, you must draw upon previous Project Management and Commercial Management experiences to undertake this post successfully. This post will provide you with the support of a large team of onsite staff, including Site Managers, Construction Managers and Design Managers.
Qualifications/Skills Required
Applicants will preferably be degree or HNC/D qualified in a construction discipline and hold all relevant Project Management site certificates. This organisation prides itself on only taking the best people the construction industry has to offer, at all levels of management.
