Job Description
Our client requires an interim Project Manager, for a nine month contract, to resolve issues with the In-House Domiciliary Service, in this organisation.
This will involve:
1. Implement performance management systems
2. Establish proactive line management
3. Establish communications systems to meet the needs of staff and service users
4. Increase the ability of the service to deliver full Care Plans
5. Design and implement Training Plans to meet National Minimum Care Standards and changing staff roles as required.
6. Set service levels, quality standards and measures
7. Establish robust information and monitoring systems
8. Review and streamline processes
9. Decrease costs
10. Increase value of work delivered
11. Merge Generic and Rapid Response Services
12. Progress EMI Service as a specialist service
13. Add value to discussions for the strategic development of the service
14. Develop linkages with LDL and progress current projects
15. Develop and progress linkages with other service areas, such as Extra Care Housing.
All candidates must have experience of project management, preferably within the health & social care sector.
The client is offering renumeration of between £50-55k per annum, pro rata
