Job Description

New Media based agency seek an Experienced Project Manager to manage assigned client projects within the agency directing cross-functional team members to ensure program/campaign objectives, process milestones and quality measures are completed on-time and on-budget.

Job Responsibilities
• Manages projects in accordance to fulfill client's strategic business goals
• Accountable for the quality and timeliness of all deliverables throughout the life-cycle of all assigned projects
• Collaborates with the account team and representatives from other internal departments to create the project plan and budget
• Must create, distribute, and update Work Orders
• Responsible for external vendor negotiations (sourcing, invoice approvals)
• Responsible for managing project communications to ensure that any issues, change orders, and risks that could impact the project are documented and addressed with the account team
• Accountable for the effective communication and management of all the project scope with respect to the team/resources allocated to the project.
• Accountable for creating accurate estimates based on scope, current available resources, legacy time data and contingencies
• Responsible for facilitating structured team kick-off meeting
• Responsible for documenting requirements, including Asset Requirements and
 Information Architecture (site map, wireframe)

 Component Requirements (ad unit specs, email, etc)
• Conducts appropriate team meetings to insure communication
• Creates weekly status reports for internal audiences
• Accountable for working with Manager of Delivery Services and account team to create post project profit analysis
• Responsible for working with account services and finance in order to complete and approve monthly actuals/reconciliation and revenue recognition
• Responsible for noting post project comments for appraisal purposes
• Responsible for mentoring team members and improving one's own skills on an ongoing basis
• Responsible for creating, documenting and implementing standard production processes, in cooperation with the Manager of Delivery Service.
