Job Description
Do you have experience of working in a foyer or other supported housing environment? With young people? Managing a team?
Do you want to make a difference to people's lives? To help young people live independently?
Braintree Foyer is a supported housing project for 16-25 year-olds, in which your team will help the thirty two residents to develop their life skills and eventually to gain employment and their own home, through life skills support and vocational training.
Knowledge of the Supporting People Quality Assessment Framework and the ability to manage budgets and control rent arrears and voids are essential.
If you can show good leadership, teamwork and organisational skills and can show a positive track record of working in this environment, we will be glad to hear from you.
Whilst the Association is particularly interested in applications from committed Christians, as an equal opportunities employer it welcomes applications from all sections of the community.
