Supporta TerraQuest, a division of Supporta Professional Services, is one of the UK's foremost multi-disciplinary land and property consultancies and is one of the leading suppliers of transformational services including; Compulsory Purchase and Regeneration, Land Referencing and Acquisition, Development Site Identification, Housing Stock Transfer and Data Management.
We are currently seeking an experienced Programme Manager/Projects Director to take accountability for planning, structuring, leading and executing a portfolio of projects to time, quality, and budget in addition to assuming responsibility for line management of the project management team.

Specific Duties:
• To deliver project reporting and ensure that all contributors deliver their input on time, liaising with them as necessary and advising them on their submission.
• To ensure maintenance of up to date project plans.
• Risks and issues management.
• To take overall P&L responsibility for delivery projects.
• To coordinate all projects, from planning, through to closure.
• To assume line management responsibility for the project management team and to manage/co-ordinate the inputs of remote teams/service providers (both offshore and remote internal).
• To liaise with the Resource Manager to enable effective resource forecasting/planning.
• To communicate confidently at all levels, including external clients, delivery teams and internal cross functional teams.
• To provide input to presales process where required.
Qualifications/Skills Required
• Substantial projects/programmes management experience (with full financial responsibility) within a professional services environment (preferably within the Land and Property sector).
• Ability and credibility to manage and mentor Project Managers.
• Ability to cope with both big picture and rigorously-detailed views.
• Understanding of budgetary controls and resource allocation processes.
• Proactive and a natural leader of people and teams.
• Third party supplier management experience.
• MS Project skills.
• Prince 2 Practitioner.
