Job Description

Our client is looking for a Property Solicitor to work in their Residential Development Unit based in Birmingham.

5+ pqe. A solicitor experienced in acting for residential developers, the sale and purchase of development land and dealing with all relevant agreements. A thorough knowledge of all issues relating to development land including planning is essential. Would consider an experienced commercial property solicitor who wishes to specialise in residential development.

Qualifications/Skills Required

Working within a niche team, the successful candidate will be highly motivated and committed to giving clients excellent services. He/she will be commercially aware, proactive and able to work alone and as part of a team. Whilst to date, they will have had excellent training, supervision appropriate to the level of PQE will be provided.

Salary: Negotiable-Depending on Experience.
