PROPERTY ADVISOR - REGENERATION -


As a member of the Regeneration Team within the department, you will contribute to the overall strategic and operational planning for the department, with awareness also of the
“whole directorate”

As a member of a specialist team within the department, support, develop and undertake a significant personal case load of property related work on a day to day basis, so that delegated objectives and tasks from within the directorate's operating plan are effectively and efficiently achieved.

Developing and maintaining a level of service and customer focus that is targeted on excellence and continually being improved.

· Proven individual and/or team management/relationship management, motivation and development skills.
· Experience of land and property regeneration within the public or private sector with proven ability to work within a multi disciplinary environment.
· Substantial experience of operational management/operating within a professionally managed team delivering expert advice, guidance and support on a wide range of land and property projects and initiatives.
· Proven track record of development, implementation and completion of key projects and programmes.
