Job Description
A fast and growing company based in London are currently seeking a skilled Purchasing/Production Co-ordinator. Working along side the Supply Chain Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Dealing with international Suppliers
- Sourcing new suppliers where necessary
- Placing orders
- Dealing with logistics - managing software & keeping it updated
- Ensuring all production is kept up to date
- Assisting with quality control & regulatory affairs issues
Therefore the ideal candidate will have the following:
- At least 2 years Purchasing experience, either at admin level or buyer level
- Strong IT skills, with knowledge of Excel and Microsoft word
- Knowledge & understanding of logistics
- Educated to degree level and a strong communicator.
Coupled with the above the candidate will have a strong personality, keen to grow and work well within a small team.
