Qualifications/Skills Required

• Four years of technical degree or equivalent work experience
• 3+ Years of experience in System Level Testing of 3-tier enterprise applications
• 3+ Years of experience in performance/scalability testing of enterprise application
• Mandatory experience in designing/creating test cases, test plans and finding bugs and prioritizing/monitoring bugs
• Experience in creating performance, scalability, functional tests for large scale enterprise applications
• Experience in gathering and analyzing software quality metrics through out the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Must be expert in setting up performance test environment and configuring applications and conducting performance tests
• Strong experience in using the tools (p4, Bugzilla or any bug tracking tool)
• Good experience in using Windows, Linux, Oracle, MySQL
• Good experience in shell, perl
• Testing web services application is a plus
• Excellent communication skills – written / verbal
