Job Description

Our client is looking for an experienced I-World Systems administrator to work as part of the Quality, Service and Development Team as one of their Revenues experts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Providing first line of support to Revenues users: investigating and recording system problems, liaising with staff and managers onsite and recommending solutions.
Day-to-day system administration tasks
Training staff on new software and software updates

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL...

…have a up-to-date knowledge of policies and statutory provisions relating to Council Tax and/or Business Rates.
…have experience of using and administering SX3 I-World systems.
…be able to work well under pressure, be capable of solving problems and have a flexible approach to work.
