Job Description

My client is urgently seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager who ideally has a backgound in working with Charities and high volume data extraction.
The clients current data Extraction is being outsourced abroad by a experienced third party. There is an urgent need for someone to come in and manage and oversee the extraction process Quality not the data extraction itself, will be aiming at 99.5% accuracy!
The ideal candidate will be immediate available (although notice periods will be considered) and have previous Quality Assurance experience in a similar environment and willing and be able to change the process to be more effective & efficient.Previous Quality Assurance experience is obviously essential along with Third party liason.
