Job Description
A leading retail organisation has an opening for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager. Under the direction of the General Manager the jobholder will develop and manage the quality standards of products offered for sale; defining and maintaining processes to ensure quality standards are adhered to within the company and to be accountable for the daily management of the QA 1st piece team ensuring development in line with merchandising sales objectives. The successful candidate will be a natural leader, results driven and will have 5-7 years in production, manufacturing or preferably retail quality environment demonstrating excellent operational and technical knowledge in QA procedures, and 3-5 years experience in a Quality Management role within an operations environment with a strong focus on excellence in customer service and proven record in operational management utilising KPI's.
