Job Description

Help to obtain ISO14001 accreditation.
Maintain ISO9001: 2000 / ISO14001 internal auditing program.
Carry out internal and external audits when required.
Carry out quality investigations to answer customer corrective actions and provide answers in a timely manner.
Maintain Company Business Manual.
Help to develop a program for introducing ISO14001.
Corrective Action Reports will be answered within a given timescales and monitored.
The audit program will be monitored during monthly meetings.
Projects such as the introduction of ISO14001 will be reviewed periodically to ascertain progress.

Skills and Knowledge:-

A plus would be some evidence that the employee helped to attain ISO14001 accreditation in a previous employment.
HNC Engineering (electrical/mechanical) or similar level of experience
A good working background in electrical or mechanical engineering.
Good IT skills.
The ability to manage an internal auditing system and carry out external / internal audits.
The ability to follow up corrective actions and find the root cause of failure whilst finding permanent solutions.

Qualifications/Skills Required

HNC Engineering (electrical/mechanical) or similar level of experience
A good working background in electrical or mechanical engineering.
Good IT skills.
