Due to an extended period of success, this firm seeks to recruit Quantity Surveyors to its Liverpool office. You will be part of a wider development programme, particularly focused in the infrastructure sector. The successful applicant will work closely with a range of long-established clients, as well as other clients recently won by the business. The majority of the work will focus in the infrastructure and utilities sector, although there will also be opportunity to expand this portfolio of work.

Qualifications/Skills Required
Applicants will have demonstrable experience of managing the costings of a range of different projects, preferably in the infrastructure and utilities sectors. A working knowledge of NEC and JCT forms of contract would be advantageous. Degree educated in a relevant construction discipline, you will preferably be Chartered through the RICS or of equivalent experience.
It is important that you have the ability to advise and guide colleagues in a supportive, interactive fashion. A team player with a 'can do' attitude, you should also be proficient in a client-facing role.
