Job Title: Recruiter / Interviewer
Based: Various Locations throughout the UK
Rate: £200 per day
Duration: 20 days (may be extended)
Our client are looking for an experienced Recruiter / Interviewer to work as part of an interviewing and selection project team recruiting management grade employees.
Previous management interview experience is essential. The ideal candidate must be fully competent at running and managing competency/capability based interviews
The Recruiter/Interviewer will be required to travel to various locations and flexibility to working hours and location is essential.
Specific skills required:
Questioning and listening skills
Observation and note taking
Report writing and decision making
Excellent communication skills
Ability to feedback to the candidate on their interview performance
Ideally knowledge of the legislative issues facing recruiters including a working knowledge of the following Acts:
Sex Discrimination Act 1975
Equal Pay Act 1970
Race Relations Act 1976
Disability and Discrimination Act 1995
Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974
Behavioural / attitudinal requirements
Ability to clearly differentiate between levels of performance
Give fair, accurate and insightful feedback and instil a coaching culture
Give a good professional image of the client as a business and an employer
