Job Description
The phase 1 unit of this international CRO is actively seeking a Recruitment Administrator who will be responsible for the efficient management of all enquiries from volunteers made by telephone, email or post and who will also recruit the required number of volunteers for every study, according to the protocol.
Key duties include:
• Provide information to volunteers about trials and the Unit
• Book appointments for screening
• Maintain a secure database of highly confidential information
• Select volunteers from the database for consideration of studies
• Produce and despatch multimedia mailshots
• Perform general office tasks
• Contribute pro-actively towards Volunteer Recruitment activities
Qualifications/Skills Required
- At least GCSE/O Level in Mathematics and English
- At least 1 yrs office administration/database administration or telesales type experience
- ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- able to demonstrate data entry skills
