Recruitment Consultant + £16-£19k Basic + OTE up to £30k + Nottingham + Commercial + Large Market Leading Organisation + Career Opportunities

This is an exciting and rewarding role. It is varied and multi faceted and you will be given fantastic training, guidance, and support. This is mainly an office based role recruiting for the Commercial marketplace. You will have the opportunity to represent the organisation on client face to face meetings. Your remit will be to successfully place the correct candidates into matching roles within the Commercial marketplace. This will include business development, account management, candidate screening and interviewing. This is a very target driven role, working in a very strong and positive team environment. This is a very people focused role dealing with different candidates at all levels of experience.

We are looking for experienced recruitment consultants looking to further develop their already successful career We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive candidates with a minimum of 2 years successful experience within commercial recruitment You must have a passion for working with people. You will have superb communication skills and have the ability to build long lasting business relationships and the ability to build rapport at all levels. You will be an individual who loves to work towards targets and deadlines and achieve high levels of satisfaction when you achieve and beat your objections. You will be of a positive outlook and have a confident and lively personality and want to develop and maximise your career and goals. You will be able to prioritise and be resourceful and react positively to challenging situations.
