Trainee Recruitment Consultant (Wimbledon)

We are looking for bright, articulate, hardworking people to become Trainee Recruitment Consultants.

Candidates must either have prior telesales / F2F sales background, or have the energy and skills required to become strong consultants. We will offer a competitive basic salary that rises quickly as your skills improve, along with industry leading commission structures of 30%.

Key requirements of the role will include:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Microsoft Word and database literate
Able to work using own initiative
Able to work as part of a team

Achieving monthly targets
