Job Description
My client, a leading independent commercial and industrial recruiter is looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to join their expanding team in Rugby.
Predominantly the role will involve business development of new and existing clients through cold calling, spec calls, and client visits. In addition, you will also be involved in attracting, interviewing and skills checking candidates, arranging interviews, and filling permanent and temporary vacancies.
Applicants must have a minimum of 6 months recruitment experience, with a knowledge of local businesses. The ability to work on own initiative is essential. This is a targeted, fast paced sales environment.
Basic salary dependent on experience, plus commission.
