The Role
Your role will be to work within a strong team environment to jointly develop the sales for your branch. Offering bespoke recruitment solutions for permanent business, you will be responsible for pro-actively creating business opportunities, both from a large existing client base in addition to sourcing new clients. You will identify and interview appropriate candidates which you will then be tasked with placing within the many and varied roles that exist within this growing and exciting marketplace. You will be given full autonomy to manage and run your section of the business, whilst enjoying continuing support from your peers and management team. The Candidate
Ideally candidates should be able to demonstrate previous recruitment experience, however applications from candidates are welcomed from candidates with:-
- Strong new business sales skills
- Excellent communication skills
- PC Literacy
- Excellent personal presentation
