RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT / BRANCH MANAGER – MANCHESTER
TECHNOLOGY SALES RECRUITMENT

There seems to be such a shortage of skills in the recruitment arena presently. I can’t understand why the best consultants aren’t knocking my door down to come and work for Finlay James? After all, we have grown 140% in the last year and some of my guys have earned more than £10k in commission alone in a single month! Also, the directors, myself included, are all recruiters.
We know the importance of a good atmosphere and love working alongside like-minded individuals who know how to work hard but also know how to have a laugh. We know how to incentivise our guys too. In fact, we have recently offered incentives such as corporate race days, golf days and meals/nights out.
We’re looking for a consultant, with experience. This experience will preferably be in Sales recruitment, or IT recruitment or maybe even both. This is not essential however as it’s attitude that I’m looking for. People who really want to push their career on and develop themselves. The scope is incredible as the right person could even end up managing a branch. You will probably be competitive, you will certainly be bright, articulate and ambitious.
