Job Description
Our client, a leading recruitment specialist across the Midlands and North West of England, are looking for a Commercial Perms Recruitment Consultant to join their team in Manchester.
The role will involve the full recruitment process from attracting and interviewing suitable candidates, CV and skill matching, arranging interviews, business development and relationship building with existing and potential clients. You will handle a variety of vacancies covering sales, customer service, administration, management, etc.
Applicants with previous experience of recruitment in the commercial perms division preferred, though other relevant experience will be considered. This is a sales role with targets to meet and exceed.
Basic salary £15-18,000 dependent on experience, plus commission.
