If you have one year + in recruitment, any discipline my client would like to talk to you. They are based in Gatwick so as long as you can get there they will listen to all comers and take you on your merits.
The good part is if you feel you lack skills in a certain area of recruitment they will help you learn them.
Brief:
1 year plus consultants unless you have an exceptional 6 months experience in which case call us.
A number of niche markets within an established brand with Directors who have a very strong history of successful performance.
Company:
An environment you would want to work in, reasonable hours, no late nights unless you really feel the need. Enough autonomy to grow your own desk and to look to grow teams when you are ready.

Consultative sales people who like to make a difference and want to work in a professional environment that encourages independence and retains a sense of teamwork.
