Job Description

Our client, a well established industrial and commercial recruiter with over 10 branches nationwide, are looking for an Experienced Industrial recruitment consultant to join their team in the Luton Branch.

Applicants must have experience of the full recruitment cycle within and industrial recruitment role. Responsibilities include: attracting and registering potential candidates, reference checking, business development, client visits and filling bookings. This is a fast paced, varied sales role with targets to be met and exceeded.

Ideally you will have previous Industrial recruitment experience though experience within a related recruitment role will be considered.

Basic salary up to £18,000 dependent on experience, plus generous performance related bonus, healthcare and pension schemes, and excellent development programmes.
