Job Description
My client, a well established industrial recruiter for temporary and permanent roles, is looking for an experienced Perms Recruitment Consultant to join the team in Coventry.
The role will involve the full recruitment process from sourcing and interviewing potential candidates, lead sourcing, business development of new and existing clients, arranging interviews and placing candidates in permanent vacancies.
Applicants must have 12 months permanent recruitment experience, though the role would suit an experienced temps recruitment consultant looking for a move into the perms sector. In addition you must have a full driving license.
Basic salary £15-18,000 dependent on experience, plus commission.
