Founded in 2001, Our client is one of the UK’s fastest growing IT Recruitment organisations. With their turnover set to quadruple, they are well on the way to achieving their goal of becoming Europe’s premier IT staffing organisation.
Currently operating in over 30 different countries they have offices in the UK, Germany and Dubai, and operate within many industry sectors such as Banking, Telecoms, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing and Logistics.
They are currently seeking to recruit young, dynamic individuals as Sales Consultants to work out of their Essex office. Your role will be diverse and will involve:
· Securing vacancies from both existing and new clients
· Writing job adverts
· Interviewing and shortlisting prospective candidates to be submitted
· Providing feedback to both clients and candidates
To be considered you will need to have some direct sales experience which will have involved cold calling. Ideally educated to degree standard, you will be looking to join a rapidly expanding company offering superb career and earnings opportunities. In your 1st year your earnings will be around £40K, which will rise to £70K in year 2 and £100K in Year 3.
