We are looking for 2 outgoing sales professionals to work as/become Recruiters in our games and visual entertainment teams. You will come from a telesales background, either recruitment, advertising sales or estate agency. We will also consider applications from individuals who have a strong understanding of sales concepts, aspire to sales and have experience working as a sales coordinator/sales support, PA or similar role. The key competencies needed to be successful in this environment are a proven ability to express/articulate oneself in a convincing and persuasive way coupled with a good listening skills and a retentive memory. We also require an individual who is patient and gives consistent performance in a structured but varied environment. You'll will be friendly and outgoing by nature and have the ability to build relationships. You will also have the persistence and need to see a job through to conclusion. Additionally, you'll be organised, dependable, composed, amiable, friendly and strong-willed.
