Gemini Resourcing UK Ltd. is looking for a vibrant Recruitment Sales Manager to join our team working in the Leicester area. Your role will be primarily to gain new business on a multi-sector basis. You will need sound business-to-business telesales experience along with experience of attending meetings on a face-to-face basis.
Gemini itself has been operating for 10 years; our origination was within the food production environment and we have now expanded to a multi-sector recruitment consultancy operating on a UK wide basis.
Qualifications/Skills Required
The role will be a hands on sales role, developing new business and building customer relationships, managing sales channels effectively and working closely with the key players within the business.
You will be able to demonstrate ability to adopt a methodical approach to your work, typically structuring yourself around 2 days office based, and 3 days based in the field. To be effective you will be making and attending on average 8 appointments per week.
We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Sales Manager with a minimum of 3 years working within a similar role. Evidence of a progression from an internally based sales role, or development from a trainee position into a successful combined telesales and field sales position, would be preferred as it will clearly show you own personal achievement and growth within sales.
