Demonstrable experience - 5+ years - in leading multiple site-level RF systems implementation programs - build, installation and commissioning -

Good general product knowledge around RF products/subsystems

Comfortable in managing a variety of external contractors towards quality/delivery/cost goals

Fluent verbal/written English

Ideally some experience dealing with business practices, and managing on-site contractors, in Saudi

Qualifications/Skills Required

ROLE - Regional Program Manager (Saudi) - responsible to Director of International Programs (Network Solutions)

Responsible for managing the end-to-end deployment of clients mobile positioning systems in conformance with contractual obligations for the assigned region.

Oversee entire deployment process for Saudi region including proposal, design and implementation, testing, and post deployment support.
Develops strong customer relationships at multiple levels, with significant personal contact.
Maintain strong relationships with client's sales and customer service/management staff
Manage customer expectations to the practical implementation capabilities of client
Must maintain schedules and timeliness of deliverables.
Profit and loss responsibility for all assigned projects and direct reports’ projects
Ability to manage day-to-day operations while setting and improving implementation and business processes and pursuing new business opportunities.
Ability to develop approaches for significant new-scope efforts, both to increase business and to improve effectiveness and longevity of the product
Solve problems.
Resides in the region.

10 - Bachelors degree - preferably in a technical or engineering discipline with advanced degree desired.

10 - Fluent verbal/written English, Arabic desired

9 - Experience dealing with business practices, and managing on-site contractors, in Saudi

9 - Effective formal presentation preparation/delivery skills

8 - Project Management skills/experience - person will be pulling in a number of resources to complete the many simultaneous projects - demonstrated ability to lead and organize cross-functional meetings and committees

8 - Significant experience doing business in the region, preferably in the Kingdom; must have had experience of blue-chip multinational cultures

8 - Excellent oral and written communication skills - with all levels of staff and external contacts - good listener, and very persuasive

8 - Analytical and problem solving skills, and ability to articulate complex concepts to a broad range of internal and external audiences;

7 - Experience using financial management reporting tools and methods.

7 - Ability to work simultaneously on many priorities, which change frequently

6 - Ideally "location management systems" experience, and hence comfortable with terms like U-TDOA, AOA, CID, E-CID, A-GPS, etc

6 - Proficient use of word processing, spreadsheet, project management, presentation and E-mail software.
