Regional Sales Manager - South East

Covering the South East, this highly respected retail travel organisation seeks a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to manage a large team of travel professionals. Setting KPIs / Incentive structures you will be responsible for achieving and delivering targets, managing the budgeting and forecasting process, the development of growth plans for the area and the development of succession planning within the area for Branch Managers and Assistant Branch Managers.
The successful candidate will have sound experience of managing and leading teams to improve productivity and profitability, strong business acumen, an entrepreneurial flair and the ability to work independently and on their own initiative. You will need self motivation with lots of drive for this well rewarded role and essentially have come from a TRAVEL retail background with a minimum 5 years managerial experience.
