Job Description
Working in a luxurious environment you will be required to lead a large team of staff who provide real person centred care to our residents who are living with dementia related conditions. With experience of working in dementia care, you will be competent in designing and implementing creative activities for our residents, whilst providing reassurance that their well being is paramount. The ability to motivate, engage and exercise leadership throughout your team with an open communication style will also be key to your success in this role. Good IT skills and an excellent working knowledge of the Care Standards Act 2000 and related legislation will also be essential.
