Job Description
We are seeking a Manager for this home that is based near Bournemouth. The home is small and caters for the needs and requirements of young adults (age 18 and upwards) with learning difficulties (2 service users with Autism).
The salry offered is £22-25k per annum (depending on experience) and the company will offer ongoing training and support.
Applications are invited from jobseekers who ideally have an NVQ4/RMA in care, however an NVQ3 in care with a willingness to train for the NVQ4/RMA is acceptable as long as you have at least 1 years experience as a manager/Deputy Manager in the learning difficulties/autism sector.
