Our client, a large care organisation is actively seeking a Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) to become an Assistant Manager of a leading Nursing Home, providing nursing care and support to residents, and managing staff,
Principal responsibilities will be:
To manage the nursing care and support to residents in the nursing home in a manner that enhances the quality of their life.
To provide professional leadership and support to the staff. To support the manager in all aspects of the homes management and service provision working in accord with Policy and Procedure and the relevant legislation and Codes of Practice.
To ensure professional support to residents and relatives.
To assist the Manager and act for him/her in their absence over a full range of duties.
To take a particular responsibility for an area of work as agreed with the Nursing Home Manager
All applicants MUST be an RMN and hold an Enhanced Disclosure from the CRB dated within the last 12 months. Any applicants not meeting this criteria will not be offered an interview.
