Job Description
Within this role, you will be responsible for:
Building relationships with the clients accounts (Small Mid Market corporation) using the phone as the contact tool.
Managing your portfolio of accounts effectively with the minimum of supervision.
Identifying areas for improvements to be discussed with your Team Leader.
Supporting the Clients Account Management in line with company policy and strategy.
The pro-active sale of Clients products and services in line with corporate strategy.
Capturing information the client on business related transactions, customer profiles and ensuring a full history is kept.
Understanding and communicating appropriate Client information / updates to customers
Promoting the clients brand
Remaining up to date with client product information and training material.
Ensuring all technical and administration procedures required by the client program are accurately logged and followed through.
Applicants should have experience in sales/telesales with good commercial awareness and be computer literate. Coupled with that you will need to demonstrate excellent customer service skills, communication skills and a professional telephone manner. You will need to show you have a positive attitude and are able to move forward from any setbacks in a professional manner. We require an individual who can show us commitment, enthusiasm and have the ability to analyse and prioritise their workload in an effective way. Above all you will need a determination to succeed.
