Reservations Sales Agent - North Kent - £13k & Bonus
A well established travel company are now looking for a Reservations Agent to join the existing Reservations team, based in their town centre offices in North Kent.
Responsibilities will include answering enquiries from customers within a busy call centre environment and arranging travel including flights, package holidays and accommodation to worldwide destinations.
Ideally you will be working as a retail travel consultant or have held a retail travel role for at least 1 year. This position would involve working on rotation to a shift pattern so flexibility is a necessary requirement.
