Job Description

Our client, one's of the UK's leading worldwide travel company's, are currently looking to recruit a number of reservations agents to join their busy inbound call centre team in the heart of Manchester.

The Role
* To promote and sell flights, hotels and specialist tours
* To up-sell ancillary services such as travel insurance and car hire
* Ensuring a very high standard of customer services at all times
* Work to tight deadlines when required and ensuring excellent attention to detail

The Successful Candidate
* Worked within a sales or target driven environment, preferably within a busy call centre environment
* Have an excellent working knowledge of tailor-made travel working for a worldwide tour operator; or
* Have extensively travelled around at least two continents (excluding Europe or North America)
* Be very customer focussed and be able to work towards strict sales targets and KPI's
* Able to work small shift patterns whenever required

In return you can expect an excellent basic salary of £13,120 plus an uncapped commission structure and excellent company benefits. OTE for year one between £18-20k
