Resident -Scheme Manager
To ensure the smooth running of sheltered group dwelling scheme and to encourage tenants to make full and proper use of the communal facilities. Also to look after the interests and welfare of the tenants and deal with any emergencies that may arise.
To deliver an outreach service to older people in the local community.
To be responsible for the supervision, maintenance, security and general safety of the premises, in liaison with the Council and local services.
