A superb opportunity now exists for an enthusiastic, organised, individual to join the HR function of a world-class financial services firm in the role of Resourcing Consultant. Based within the firm's global Head Quarters in Edinburgh, you will be responsible for advising on and delivering specialist / non-volume recruitment requirements for specific business units.
Our client is renowned throughout the HR arena for harnessing cutting-edge HR practices in its attempt to continually improve the bottom line of its business and, as you would expect from such a blue-chip firm, you would receive first class training and development opportunities.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years resourcing or generalist HR experience (preferably gained in a complex, fast-moving business environment) and have solid experience of managing recruitment and selection assignments.
